A dynamic employability day with Financial Times designed to open doors, build confidence and give young people real insight into the world of media, business and careers.

Throughout the day, attendees will hear directly from FT employees across multiple departments, gaining an understanding of the FT’s history, business model, values and the wide range of roles that exist within one of the world’s leading media organisations.

From editorial and marketing to technology, commercial and operations, young people will have the opportunity to meet the people behind the brand, hear honest career journeys, ask questions and learn what it really takes to build a successful future in today’s workplace.

The experience will also include interactive employability workshops focused on building confidence and smashing the interview, helping attendees develop the mindset, communication skills and self-belief needed to step into future opportunities with confidence.
