DESCRIPTION:A dynamic employability day with Financial Times designed to open doors\, build confidence and give young people real insight into the world of media\, business and careers. \nThroughout the day\, attendees will hear directly from FT employees across multiple departments\, gaining an understanding of the FT’s history\, business model\, values and the wide range of roles that exist within one of the world’s leading media organisations. \nFrom editorial and marketing to technology\, commercial and operations\, young people will have the opportunity to meet the people behind the brand\, hear honest career journeys\, ask questions and learn what it really takes to build a successful future in today’s workplace. \nThe experience will also include interactive employability workshops focused on building confidence and smashing the interview\, helping attendees develop the mindset\, communication skills and self-belief needed to step into future opportunities with confidence. \nMore than just a careers day\, this is about access\, visibility and possibility. \nReal conversations.
